The Faculty of Philosophy inaugurated a new blog, SophiaWaves.com, an enthralling online platform meticulously crafted exclusively for the philosophy students of Jnana Deepa,  on 4 December 2023. The ceremonial proceedings were presided over by Prof. Francis Gonsalves, the President, Prof. Peter Ignatius, the Registrar, and Prof. Nishant A. Irudayadason, the Dean.

In a symbolic gesture emblematic of our commitment to advancing intellectual pursuits,  Prof. Francis Gonsalves, the President, inaugurated SophiaWaves.com by ceremoniously initiating its online presence, pressing the metaphorical button to go live. This pivotal moment unfolded amidst the assembly of students and professors, signifying the collective dedication to pursuing philosophical knowledge within the corridors of Jnana Deepa.
